Our Blue Alumni Procurement Consultancy group have carried out a broad range of Supply Chain assignments including Pan European reviews, Strategic Procurement reviews, e-procurement implementation, Organisational design and implementation,  Recruitment,, Training, Programme Management and Business Process Transformation.

The team have led and implemented a number of Procurement transformation projects achieving significant benefits in profitability and efficiencies.  They have extensive experience of managing senior stakeholders in complex programmes where transformation across an organisation is required, leading project teams and senior sponsor groups through the transformation journey.

The team have experience across a number of sectors including Utilities, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Travel, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, Multinationals, Charities and Government Agencies. Their category experience includes direct materials, capital programmes, corporate services, facilities and marketing.

Recent clients include The RSPCA, Serco, Diageo, Virgin Group, Defra, John Lewis Partnership, Toyota UK and Southern Water.  In 2008 the team were runners up to KPMG for an Institute of Business consulting award.
