Michael Bryant-Mole
Michael's professional business experience was gained from the world of IT Consultancy, where he worked as a systems analyst and package implementer for both PriceWaterhouse and Coopers&Lybrand. He swiftly realised that the impact the systems were having on the individual users was significant and radically altered their working lives and found this much more interesting than the IT! Michael therefore re-branded as a change manager. Since that time, his work has centered on the improvement of organisational performance through infrastructural and behavioural change.
A significant chunk of his time is now spent in management development. On reflection, this means that Michael has come full circle, back to where he started, with a degree in Education from Durham University.
